i nearly fainted when i see the project chart. Supposedly, my event is just over and I am supposed to be more free now. Well, I am not. Rushing closing report and all the money matters...calculation is just such a mess.

And, i have an event in apr, june, oct, nov and next year march. This is just pure crazinesssssssssss.
Driving me nuts. Handover and more handover. This is excluding tendering for potential projects presentations which I am told to help too! WTHHHHHHHH

Hi ladies, we understand that some of you have experienced the colour run issue on the Paris Classic Dress. We are really sorry and apologise for the unhappiness caused.

We have feedback to our supplier already. We are equally disappointed with the supplier in terms of the quality used for the dress as we were promised and assured that there would be no colour run.

We are really very sorry for this incident. We really do value all of you as our customers. As such, we would like to offer a refund. Please do kindly provide us with a snapshot of the stained part so as to process the refund. I just called up my supplier and we have come to an agreement that the factory will absorb the cost of these losses. So sorry about this :( We really didn't expect all these to happen.

We really do not hope that such an incident will cause a rift between our customers and us.

Yes, I know that I've been missing in action for some time. I have been working very late & long hours for my upcoming Singapore International Arbitration Forum next Thurs & Fri. I can't wait to get it over and done with. It overwhelmed me so much that I could'nt breathe.

I was supposed to attend the compulsory company training session today and tomorrow. I managed to convince my boss to get me exempted from today's training so I can go back office to complete my work. Left work at about 5 plus pm to go and take my basic theory test. Passed! So happy :) Finally something to brighten up my mood.

Taking final theory test next month. Shall use the time after SIAF to study! :)

Pico DND was quite fun. I enjoyed myself. I let my hair down that night, not wanting to think about work. I went back to office to work on Sat though. Haix.

My name was called out by the emcee and I went up on stage together with my team mates! APEC won the best project of the year :)

Nice food, performances by Pico's very own staff (all are super talented at dancing!), lucky draw prizes....my colleague Connie won a 42 inch LCD TV!!! I only got like 40 bucks Carrefour vouchers :X But 1 IT guy was worse....of all things, he got a thumbdrive haha!! His face was totally maddening & hilarious. There were like cameras, iphones, nokia phones, laptops, travel vouchers etc to be won. Some peeps just have all the luck ehz?

I regretted forgetting to bring my camera along!! :( Now have to wait for my colleague to send me the pictures.

Towards the end of the DND, all of us were dancing to the club tunes. Oh yeah, the theme was Glam Rock and I am soooooo not Glam nor Rock at all. LOL! My table of peeps was really dressed down compared to other tables. Needless to say, we didnt manage to win the best dressed apparel nor best dressed table. It's COLD HARD CASH of like $800 bucks?? lol.

I am really pleasantly surprised by the amount of prizes and the quality of the prizes is like SUPER Good ok! Got people actually won Burberry bag!!!!!!!!! :(

And...i found out that 1 of my accounts colleague live a bus stop away from me only! Got khaki next time to go work and home together liao!

I'm literally drowning from work...my tears of exasperation rolled down my face yesterday at work when I faced an onslaught of bombards from emails and phone calls. My team member's face was as haggard as mine. Our other colleagues came to hug us and gave us moral support.

Luckily, we managed to find a temp staff who came in today to share our work load. I am numb when I see emails that are termed as urgent. Literally everything is urgent. It's less than 12 days to the event. I worked from home past mid night everyday. I am so tired.

Right now, I am still trying to finish up some work so I can send the file to my boss to edit by mid night. I just needed to blog to vent my frustrations. Boss is waiting for me right now. OMGGGGGGGGG. My deadline is midnight. I informed my boss that it is impossible to send by mid night. I will complete it by tonight definitely. Boss said he will wake up earlier tomorrow morning to edit if tonight is not possible. Thank my lucky stars.

Boss was initally unhappy when he learned that both me and my team member were going home early to work from home. He questioned her and then after that, me. Well, I told boss that I worked past mid night yesterday too. And I was held up by phone calls this afternoon to settle monetary matters. Only then, did his tone soften.

My team mate and I totally forgot that we have to attend the annual Pico DND tomorrow. Boss actually called me again to remind me that I need to attend it because it is already paid for. Gosh...........what a day.

Tml is back to work again. Block leave has ended so quickly. I'm re-charged for the New Year :)

Watched the movie Bodyguards and Assassins on X'mas night with dan dar. Nice show!

Yesterday's flea market at Far East Plaza was good! I cleared quite a lot of my own personal clothes. Amy & Claire also cleared quite a number of their own belongings too. FEP flea market is way better than the SMU ones in my opinion. The crowd is constant and also have greater spending power too.

Gotta get back to packing my room. So messy :x Packed until 3am in the morn. Think I will need at least 2 days.

Was on leave today. Slept past 12pm. Haven't slept for so long in such a long time. Shiok! Going to do facial tomorrow at Sensory Suite with my ex boss :) Looking forward to another pampering session. Still contemplating if I should do my nails tomorrow :X Spend Moolaaa again....I wanna try gel nails extension! with 3D nail art though that's gonna cost a bomb right...lol But I just wanna look pretty and feel nice about myself for x'mas and new year is just round the corner!

I wonder where my boyfriend went. LOL. Didn't talk to him the entire day. Not that we talked all the time cuz I'm just too busy...even for him :( I see him less often than I wished. I think I'll be out the entire day tml...so yeah :) Prolly meeting my poly friends.

Hello earthlings. I've been experiencing some unhappiness at work recently. Not sure why but nevermind. I know I sound gibberish. But then again, work is work right? Just get it over & done with. Move on after that. I've been trying to detach myself from the project. But I realise I can no longer feel neutral about it. Getting personal is a big NONO. This is really getting to me! ARGH!

Already am trying my best, you know? You cannot refuse work, cuz that's your job. It was never my wish to be on this project, let's just put it plainly this way.

WHATEVER. TO HELL WITH IT. Just bear with it. You can do it. Just a month more and it'll all be over. I don't usually like to talk about work in my personal blog. But when I do, it means I'm very UPSET and I've no other outlet to vent my frustrations.

Been meeting good friends after work recently when I am not meeting Dan dar. I simply just REFUSE to stay in office a second longer to work on that damn project.

Bought a new Kate Space Coin Pouch! $75 only. Very worth :) The texture and colour of the leather, coupled with the overall simple and chic design, my heart melted and I gave in to my buying impulse :X You guys can imagine how Dan dar must be nagging at my ears for hours cuz I've many wallets and bags already heee ;p

I am on leave this Fri! YAY! Just 2 more days of work. Having facial this Sat with my ex boss Cindy at Tanjong Pagar's Sensory Suite. We're then headed to my ex managing director's place for a bbq session. Looking forward to seeing my ex colleagues again and having catch up sessions with them :)

I've nothing better to do recently. I bought the Basic Theory Test book to read and today after work, Dan dar accompanied me to book the BTT test. It's in mid Jan :)

Boss finally approved of my leave application! :) Am so looking forward to jetting off for Taiwan with my love Dan dar and my 2 besties Ray and Amy for a 1 week holiday! I've been longing for it like the longest time ever, and now I can finally see it coming :)

So damn CHIO laaa! Met supplier earlier in the week. This dress will come in 2 sizes :) UK 4 to 6 will be made according to my size, and UK 8 to 10 will be made according to Amy's size. This design will come in 2 lovely colours! :) I can't wait for the stocks to arrive!

The ASOS Inspired ColourBlock dress will be arriving soon too! :) Having photoshoot this week! Many ladies have emailed us to enquire about this dress and YES :) So as not to disappoint you all, ASOS Inspired Colourblock dress will be launched in the next collection! You ladies are definitely LOVE this dress :) It's definitely worth the wait!

Sleepy time!

Yessss! I'm so HAPPY :) Why? I succeeded in convincing my besties Ray & Amy and bf to all join me for a Taiwan Trip in Apr 2010! Going from 23rd Apr to 30th Apr. So...LCA will probably be taking a break for that month or launching earlier! :) Seems so far away but it isn't! 4 mths flies past at lightning speed, especially at the rate that we're all working! :(

Ray & bf can keep each other company, while Amy & I shop to our hearts' content! :) I totally can't wait for it, I know it'll be SUPER FUN! Ray & I already blocked our leave today. Boss..please please approve my leave okay? :p Haha....I really need this holiday break with my loved ones.

I've to go back to settling LCA stuff and booking air & hotel tixs! Amy dear is very busy with her job now :(

Yesterday, when Dan dar was standing beside me while I was sitting down, I hugged him and cried for the longest time. After all these mths, I don't know if I really did succeeded in putting the matter behind me.

"Don't do anything that you'll regret, or not do anything that you'll be afraid of regretting later in life."

Sounds contradicting? But it does makes a lot of sense. Guilt, is not something that you can just shake off any time. It's a burden, that you'll have to carry all your life. And, you gotta find the courage to face the mistake that you've done. I found peace with myself and come to terms with it, but, I've not found the courage to forgive myself for what I've done and I do not know how long it will take me.

I promise myself to Give My Best at what I do, and Be The Best at what I do. By having a goal in life and the things I want to achieve, it puts my life back in perspective again. No matter how sad I am, I've to carry on. Life is simply too short. I've regretted once. And I don't want to have another regret in my life.

1) My family. I can never ask for better parents & siblings.

2) Starting LCA was one of the best decisions I've made together with Amy. It taught us many things. LCA progress has picked up tremendously fast with all the support of our customers. Thanks so much!

3) Entering into a R/S with Dan dar is also one of the best things I've done :) He's been there for me, every step of the way, what more can I ask for? He's so hard to come by, how can I not cherish him?

4) My besties Ray, Eve, Eva, Amy, Queenie, Keith, Jenki, Xu Zhi, Malisa. I may not be able to meet you guys as often as I wished as I am really very busy, but I miss you guys from time to time :)

Ray once taught me, that one has to be contented with what one has in life. These are the things that I should continue to live for. Or I'll be letting my loved ones down.

He even had a US Secret Service pin to give to one of the temps! How cool is that??

APEC won't be returning to SG in another 21 years' time! Lol. It won't haunt me anytime soon! haha. It is one of the most prestigious event I have ever worked on and I really want to thank my boss for the chance to put this down in my portfolio. It will open up many other opportunities for me.

Yeap... I did FMM Press Conference and it is one of the most important press conferences at APEC :) Very happy it went well. And it was darn cool to see all 21 ministers in one place. Wouldn't have been possible without the help of others. Thank you again :)

This is a picture which one of the AV consultants showed me. He took with US President Barack Obama! Isn't that just cool??? He also took pictures with another president from another country I forgot the name. His son is a pilot and took pictures with Ex US President. Some people just have all the luck don't they?

Anyways, I am just very happy so far I have managed all the media partners in international media centre, my APEC & CEO Summit sponsors and Economy Spaces pretty well. So far so good for all the press conferences. Keeps my fingers crossed. Except for the fact that I am just DEAD TIRED cuz International Media Centre is operational on a 24 hrs basis. I work more than 12 hrs each day and sleep less than 6 hrs everyday!!!!! 0_0

This is really my first time running so many press conferences everyday and I am excited and nervous at the same time but I really hope to do a good job. It wouldn't be possible without the help of my other team members to run all these media conferences big and small everyday. Thank you so so much and I really appreciate it a lot and enjoyed working with you guys! I am really happy and proud to be able to help contribute to these press conferences :)

Halloween is just so fun last Sat! Dar & I only decided to crash a halloween party at any club on Fri night. Quite a last min. decision. Hence, that explains the lack of OOOHHH factor in our last minute costume ideas. Not really quite of a costume to even speak of! LOL. I merely grabbed like hair accessories from Bugis at like 9pm on Fri night. Dan dar just drew eyeliner on his eyes.

Anyway, I got free entry with my half pass dress up. LOL! We went to club at Social House instead with Dar's frens. It was damn fun!!! This is my first halloween btw. I never dressed up before for this. I will definitely look forward to next yr's halloween :)

Oh yes, Paris Classic dress stocks has arrived! But no time to go pick it up yet. Have to wait till my event is over. And and...Amy mentioned that on Halloween, she saw someone wearing Alexander Wang Inspired Tube dress at Butter Factory! Whoever you are, she said you looked gorgeous in it :)

Just got back home from watching Haeundae The Deadly Tsunami movie. Nice! But it isn't exactly a happy ending but the movie really is not as predictable as it seems to be. Has been a long while since I watched a movie that's $6 lol. I watched Sorority Row too recently. Not too bad.

Alrights....now for an update on LCA 3rd Launch :) Many customers have emailed to ask when the launch for the Ted Baker dress will be. The launch is likely to be on Sun night or around 11am yah? I intend to finish the collages on Fri & Sat. Weekdays is really hard for me cuz I am really tired out from my job as I work overtime quite often. Sorry ladies for the long wait! :(
